Black Sambo

INGREDIENTS:

CHOCO JELLY
    •    1 sachet (White Unflavored)
    •    1.5 liters water
    •    ¼ - ½ kg sugar (as desired)
    •    30 g chocolate or cocoa powder

CREAM JELLY
    •    1 sachet  (White Unflavored)
    •    1 liter water
    •    ¼ - ½ kg sugar (as desired)
    •    1 can evaporated milk
    •    chocolate syrup

HOW TO MAKE:

CHOCO JELLY
    1.    Dissolve in water. Add chocolate or cocoa powder and sugar.
    2.    Put mixture into heat, stir thoroughly and wait until it boils.
    3.    After it boils, pour into mold and let it cool. Set aside.

CREAM JELLY
    1.    Dissolve in water. Add milk and sugar.
    2.    Put mixture into heat, stir thoroughly and wait until it boils.
    3.    Pour mixture on top of choco jelly (make sure that choco jelly has firmly set).
    4.    Let it cool then top with chocolate syrup and refrigerate.
