Green Water Melon Jelly

INGREDIENTS:
    •    1 sachet (Green Unflavored)
    •    1 sachet (White Unflavored)
    •    1 sachet   (Red Unflavored)
    •    3 (1.5) liters water
    •    3 (¼ - ½) kg sugar (as desired)
    •    1 can thick cream
    •    1 cup watermelons (sliced)

HOW TO MAKE:
    1.    Dissolve (Green) in water  and add sugar.
    2.    Put mixture into heat, stir thoroughly and wait until it boils.
    3.    After it boils, pour into a square pan and let it cool. Set aside.
    4.    Repeat step 1 and 2 for (White). After it boils, pour on top of green gulaman (make sure it has firmly set).
    5.    Repeat step 1, 2 and 4 for (Red).
    6.    Once all layers of gulamans have firmly set, cut it into cubes.
    7.    Top with thick cream and watermelons. Refrigerate and serve.
