Oreo Cheesecake


  • 30 oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 sachet of gulaman (unflavored white)
  • 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 10 oreo cookies, coarsely chopped


  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed cookies and butter. Press onto the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water, let it set for 1 minute. 
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, gradually add milk.
  4. Heat and stir over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  5. Beat in gelatin mixture in the large bowl mixture. Fold in whipped topping and chopped cookies. Spoon over crust.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Loosen sides of cheesecake and ready to serve.
